ReDO fitness HERO: A person who believes in Jesus Christ and confess Him to be their savior; They Share the Love Jesus with others; They bring friends home to church; They come to divine worship weekly; They pray and read scriptures daily; They come to prayer meetings; “Doing Life Together”; They live life as Godly Citizens; They give back to God what He first gave them; Time; Money, Praise and Worship.  Pastor Chad extends an open invitation to you to be a HERO.

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER: We now serve and LOVE over 950 souls.  

Strength in numbers.  It is said; it takes a community to raise a family.  Pastor Chad says it takes FAITH and fitness to keep a community healthy.  ReDO fitness trains disciples called “Heroes” of the Faith”. We connect with the community and more intimately than the casual conversations over coffee. ReDO fitness is the 21st Century Church with Muscle we teach active disciplining.  Our Heroes help folks through some difficult workouts, and more importantly help people through life’s difficulties by introducing them to the Faith by sharing the Love of Jesus Christ.

Where FAITH & FITNESS COME TOGETHER: We now serve and LOVE over 940 souls.  ReDO fitness is GOOD for the MIND; BODY and SOUL. Pastor Chad says; A balanced exercise program for all three areas benefits everything from your sleep quality to your energy level, and even your memory. From making you happier to helping you live longer, regular physical and Faith exercise is key to living a healthy, balanced life.

We are in exciting times the church is involved with fitness ministry to help improve the whole person by offering a place to exercise with fellowship and re- connection for the whole family. Shepard of the Valley Church and ReDo Fitness invite the whole community to come out to their Easter Egg Hunt for ages 0-10.The first 30 participants will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last.
