Shepherd of the Valley-ReDO fitness has created a state-of-the-art wholistics wellness center with in its facility where people can gather, work out for free and learn about the Christian faith all at the same time.

Within walking distance from the Hastings High School and the Dakota County Government Center of Hastings.

The Church helps ease pain, and helps you feel better. We offer traditional services and special services like weddings, baptisms and funerals, and we help you develop your physical health using the best fitness equipment on the planet.

The Church offers solutions for old problems using fitness interactive media or “Smart Training” and Biblical topographic maps create effective products that offer a service with value. Shepherd of Valley/ReDO fitness trains the Mind/Body/Soul with a distinct sets of skills to solve problems in “life, work and play.”

The Church offers fitness knowledge that differentiates by a particular Biblical modality.   Rather than just fitness equipment/centers, the Church dominates with a single Christ Centered ability.

FINDING GOD’S DISCIPLES at Shepherd of the valley 1450 West fourth street Hastings, MN 55033.

“Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations.” I believe God will use ReDO fitness to find HIS new disciples. Let this be extremely precise and narrow, “I am commissioned and commanded by Jesus to DO, [“Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations…]” Finding and training Christ’s disciples is my AIM. I feel Christ followers will sprout from the indigenous communities we serve. Each ReDO fitness Church has a set of specific organic markings based on the culture of people. To this end we always pray that our God may keep us worthy of HIS calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by HIS power, 12 so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in HIM, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Thess 1:11-12/ESV) As disciples learn the faith they acquire service skills that are valuable in the current market place. New disciples will know confidently that God has a calling and ministry for them. We mentor by working alone side as we are working we will be teaching the Confession of Faith. Disciples will be regenerated as the Holy Spirit reveals that God has created them uniquely for a specific ministry for HIS glory and delight.

The Evolution of Modern Fitness

On behalf of Peace Lutheran Church and the ReDO fitness Ministry, I would like to thank you for your generous gifts. Your commitment to helping Christ’s Mission in our communities is sincerely appreciated.  As agreed I will keep in communications with you.  For example, your generous gifts are going to help ReDO fitness in Hastings MN. 

In a recent article submitted to the City Hall of Hastings Dr. Rev. Peter Meier wrote,

“ReDO fitness Church is about making disciples who make more disciples and then gather as groups of disciples (Matthew 28:18-20), not merely moving existing believers from one church to another. The goal in this and every model of church multiplication is to reach new people and to invite them to experience the Kingdom of God for themselves. This takes place as they experience a “ReDO” physically, relationally, and spiritually.” (peter.meier@cui.edu)

ReDO fitness welcomes the NEW world of indoor functional interactive training.  There is no, eucalyptus-scented chilled towels yet. However, there are our Pastors with smart equipment that is scientifically proven to get fitness results in less time & with less effort. The multi-directional machines combined with intelligent software are just a few of the trends emerging in ReDO fitness Church.

The church is involved with fitness and is helping improve the whole person in the congregation and community.  Your support for me in the past was very much appreciated.  I’d like to invite you to meet with me and mingle with others like you who have a passion for Christ and a heart for mission. 

We have invited a selected group of people to be part of a roundtable discussion. Our goal is to answer questions and to dig deeper into church fitness-friendly recommendations you may have.

Good News!

Good News! God is opening up doors and the Gospel is being proclaimed. Every week God brings in new workers and supporters for HIS ReDO Mission.

Our aim: to plant the first ReDO fitness Church in Minnesota October 2015. From this location we would like to move forward and open five more. Pastor Chad would personally be involved in the day to day operations on the first new locations. 

Pastor Chad believes ReDO will be able to train the Lord's Disciples and get the operations up to speed, and will be able to open one new locations every 3 weeks.

Thanks be to the Lord for the ReDO fitness model that is not only a fitness site, but is a Church ministry site in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod {LCMS}.

Church Can Be Different

ReDO Fitness. Yes it's a church! Yes it's a fitness center! Yes it's different! 

There are thousands of people out there right now who are willing to walk through the doors of a fitness center, but will never be willing to walk through the doors of a traditional church. So how do we reach them? How do we connect? 

We invite them to ReDO. 

It's time that we start thinking outside of the box. It's time we get creative in our outreach efforts. And that is what ReDO is all about. 

ReDO is a church that reaches people differently than your typical church building. It's a community of believers who are intentionally doing life together, working out together, worshiping together, communing together, and serving together. You can walk into ReDO and lift weights, run on the treadmill, attend a small group, or participate in worship. And through the power of the Holy Spirit, lives will be changed for the kingdom - body, mind, soul, and spirit! Because we believe in the power of Jesus, and that church CAN be different.
